摘要
针对热量表检定装置设计制造存在的问题,本文设计了一套基于M-BUS接口的热量表自动检定装置。通过基于光电控制的闭式换向器和电子天平的配合使用,提高了检定效率和精度,优化了操作流程;通过M-BUS接口和数据采集卡对检定过程的实时监控,优化了检定数据的自动采集及分析,实现了热量表自动检定和智能分析。
Aiming at the problems in the design and manufacture of heat meter verification device,this paper designs a set of automatic heat meter verification device based on M-BUS interface. Through the use of closed diverter based on photoelectric control and electronic balance,the verification efficiency and accuracy are improved,and the operation flow is optimized. Through the real-time monitoring of the verification process by M-BUS interface and data acquisition card,automatic collection and analysis of verification data are optimized,and automatic calorimeter verification and intelligent analysis are realized.
