摘要
针对某发动机转子系统中的复杂叶轮模型,在有限元方针计算中不利用划分出高质量网格的问题,提出了简化模型,并利用ANSYS Workbench对简化前后的转子模型进行了对比分析,证明简化方式的合理性。结果表明,简化后的模型与简化前误差很小,满足简化要求。
For the complex turbine model in an engine rotor system,the problem of dividing the higher quality mesh is not used in the finite element policy calculation.A simplified model is proposed,and the ANSYS Workbench is used to compare and analyze the rotor model before and after the simplification.The rationality of the way.The results show that the simplified model has little error before the simplification and meets the simplification requirements.
