摘要
试验通过正交试验设计法研究不同稻草秸秆和白菜尾菜比例、不同植物乳杆菌添加量、不同纤维素酶添加量对稻草秸秆与白菜尾菜混合青贮养分的影响,且通过正交试验筛选出适宜的最优青贮组。在青贮45 d后采样,并对相应养分指标进行测定,并进行正交分析筛选出适宜的最优青贮组。结果表明,当稻草秸秆和白菜尾菜质量比为4:6时,有利于提升稻草秸秆与白菜尾菜混合青贮粗蛋白质含量(7.32%)、可溶性碳水化合物的含量(2.03%),降低中性洗涤纤维含量(52.80%)、酸性洗涤纤维含量(32.55%);当植物乳杆菌添加量为0.030 g/kg时,有利于提升稻草秸秆与白菜尾菜混合青贮干物质含量(28.75%)、粗蛋白质含量(6.68%),降低中性洗涤纤维含量(57.03%);当纤维素酶添加量为0.25 g/kg时,有利于提升稻草秸秆与白菜尾菜混合青贮可溶性碳水化合物含量(1.92%),降低中性洗涤纤维含量(56.96%)、酸性洗涤纤维含量(34.78%)。因此,当稻草秸秆和白菜尾菜质量比为4:6、植物乳杆菌添加量为0.030 g/kg、纤维素酶添加量为0.25 g/kg时,有利于提升稻草秸秆与白菜尾菜混合青贮的养分。
In this experiment,the effects of different ratios of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste,different addition amount ofLactobacillus plantarum and different addition amount of cellulase on the mixed silage of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste were studied by orthogonal design.The optimum group of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste mixed silage was selected by orthogonal test.Sampling after 45 days of silage,the corresponding nutrient indicators were measured,and orthogonal analysis was performed to select the appropriate optimal group of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste mixed silage.The results showed that when the mass ratio of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste was 4:6,it was beneficial to increase the content of crude protein(7.32%)and soluble carbohydrate(2.03%)and reduce the content of neutral detergent fiber(52.80%)and acid detergent fiber(32.55%)of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste mixed silage.When the addition amount of Lactobacillus plantarum is 0.030 g/kg,it is beneficial to increase the content of dry matter(28.75%)and crude protein(6.68%),and reduce the content of neutral detergent fiber(57.03%)of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste mixed silage;when the addition amount of cellulase is 0.25g/kg.It is beneficial to increase the content of soluble carbohydrate(1.92%),and reduce the content of neutral detergent fiber(56.96%)and acid detergent fiber(34.78%)of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste mixed silage.Conclusion:When the mass ratio of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste is 4:6,the addition amount ofLactobacillus plantarum is 0.030g/kg,and the addition amount of cellulase is 0.25g/kg,it is beneficial to improve the nutrient of mixed silage of rice straw and Chinese cabbage waste.
