中草药复合添加剂对绵羊瘤胃形态发育的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究自制中草药复合添加剂对羊瘤胃形态发育的影响,选用60只4月龄健康杜寒杂一代绵羊,随机分为4组,分别为公羊、母羊对照组,公羊、母羊试验组。对照组饲喂常规日粮,试验组在饲喂常规日粮的基础上添加中草药复合添加剂,试验周期为45 d。试验期结束后,取羊瘤胃组织,制作切片并用HE染色,然后在显微镜下测量羊瘤胃乳头的长度、宽度及瘤胃壁的厚度。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组绵羊瘤胃乳头长度、宽度及瘤胃壁的厚度均显著增大(P<0.05)。公羊对照组与母羊对照组上述三个指标差异均不显著(P>0.05),公羊试验组与母羊试验组上述三个指标差异也不显著(P>0.05)。上述结果表明,本课题组自制中草药复合添加剂能促进绵羊瘤胃形态发育(与绵羊性别无关),有利于饲料中营养物质被绵羊消化吸收。 This paper studied the effect of a Chinese herbal medicine compound additive on rumen morphological development of sheep.A total of 60 four-month-old healthy Dorper×thintailed Han were randomly divided into 4 groups:control group of rams and ewes,experimental group of rams and ewes.The control group was fed with conventional diet,and the experimental group was fed with the Chinese herbal medicine compound additive on the basis of conventional diet.The experimental period was 45 days.At the end of the experiment,the rumen tissues of sheep were taken,sliced and stained with HE.The length and width of rumen papilla and the thickness of rumen wall of sheep were measured under microscope.The results showed that the length and width of rumen papilla and the thickness of rumen wall of sheep in experimental group were significantly increased compared with those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the above three indexes between the rams control group and the ewes control group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the rams experimental group and the ewes experimental group(P>0.05).The above results indicated that the Chinese herbal medicine compound additive can promote the morphological development of the rumen tissue of sheep(it had nothing to do with sex)and facilitate the digestion and absorption of nutrients in feed.
