种鸽日粮添加不同来源蛋氨酸对乳鸽羽毛生长和血清生化指标的影响

Effects of the breeding pigeon dietary supplementation different sources of methionine on feather growth and serum biochemical parameters of squabs

乳鸽羽毛的生长发育状况直接影响其活体及屠体外观,决定其销售价格。试验通过在日粮中添加DL-蛋氨酸和DL-蛋氨酸二肽,旨在研究其对乳鸽羽毛生长和血清生化指标的影响,为改善乳鸽羽毛的生长发育状况提供解决方案。试验选用健康、体质量和产蛋性能相近的108对种鸽,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复6对种鸽。3个处理组种鸽分别饲喂含粗蛋白质为15%的基础日粮,在基础日粮上分别添加0.30%DL-蛋氨酸和0.30%DL-蛋氨酸二肽的日粮,试验期包括孵化期和哺育期,为期45 d。结果表明,与基础日粮组相比,日粮添加0.30%DL-蛋氨酸可显著提高全身羽毛相对重量和绝对重量(P<0.05),增加胸部、背部和翅部羽区的羽毛相对重量和绝对重量(P>0.05);日粮添加0.30%DL-蛋氨酸二肽可显著提高乳鸽胸部、背部、翅部和全身羽毛相对重量和绝对重量(P<0.05)。日粮添加不同来源蛋氨酸均可显著提高血清中与机体蛋白质代谢和羽毛生长相关的指标,如三碘甲状腺原氨酸、四碘甲状腺原氨酸、总蛋白和白蛋白等的含量(P<0.05)。综合以上结果,日粮中添加不同来源蛋氨酸均可改善羽毛的生长发育状况,且以添加0.30%DL-蛋氨酸二肽的效果更佳。

The growth and development of feathers directly affects the appearance of the living bodies and the quality of the carcasses,determines the selling price of squabs.Therefore,this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of DL-Methionine and DL-Methionine dipeptide on feather growth and serum biochemical parameters of squabs,providing solutions to improve the feather growth and development of squabs.A total of 108 pairs of healthy breeding pigeons with similar body weight and reproduction performance were randomly divided into three groups.Each group had six replicates,and each replicate had six pairs of breeding pigeons.Three groups were fed a basal diet containing 15%crude protein,and supplemented with 0.30%DL-Methionine and 0.30% DL-Methionine dipeptide on the basal diet,respectively.The results showed that compared with the basic diet group,the diet with supplementation of 0.30 %DL-Methionine significantly increased the relative weight and absolute weight of the whole body feathers(P<0.05),while it was not significant increased the relative weight and absolute weight of the feathers located on the chest,back and wing feathers(P>0.05).The group fed with supplementation of 0.30%DL-Methionine dipeptide significantly increased relative weight and absolute weight of feathers located on the breast,back,wings and whole body of the squabs(P<0.05).The addition of different sources of methionine significantly increased serum-related indicators of protein metabolism and feather growth,such as the level of triiodothyronine,tetraiodothyronine,total protein and albumin(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of different sources of methionine in the diet can improve the growth and development of feathers,and the effect of adding 0.30%DL-methionine dipeptide is better.
