摘要
400Gb/s光收发模块是400Gb/s通信网络中物理层的核心部件之一,其开发与设计也是通信网络从100Gb/s向400Gb/s演进必须要解决的问题。首先,介绍了400Gb/s光收发模块的相关标准,按照CFP8热插拔光收发模块外形封装多源协议给出了一种CFP8LR8模块的设计方案;然后,使用四阶脉冲幅度调制(PAM4)测试设备对该模块的发射端和接收端参数进行了测试,说明了测试原理和测试方法。测试结果符合IEEEStd802.3bs-2017中的400GBASE-LR8规范。
400Gb/s optical transceiver module is one of the core components of the physical layer in 400Gb/s communication network,and its development and design is also a problem that must be solved in the evolution of the communication network from 100Gb/s to 400Gb/s.This paper introduces the relevant standards of 400Gb/s optical transceiver module,and presents a design scheme of CFP8 LR8 module according to multi-source agreement of CFP8 hot-pluggable optical transceiver module form factor.Using four-order pulse amplitude modulation(PAM4)test instruments,the parameters of transmitter and receiver are tested,and the test principle and test method are explained,and the results conform to specification 400GBASE-LR8 in IEEE Std 802.3bs-2017.
