摘要
介绍机器人自动搬胶系统的组成与结构特点。通过系统中图像识别与激光测距装置的应用,可快速识别搬运胶料的种类并确定胶料的几何位置,并识别输送线上空位进行搬运。通过对机器人抓具的特殊设计,可解决传统搬运过程中胶块受企业生产工艺及环境温度影响的困扰,同时可有效解决自动化搬胶过程中出现的胶块黏连问题,从而实现高效、可靠自动化生产。
This paper introduces the composition and structural characteristics of the robot automatic gluing system.Through the application of image recognition and laser ranging device in the system,the type of the moving rubber can be quickly identified and the geometric position of the rubber compound can be determined,and the vacancies on the conveying line can be identified for handling.Through the special design of the robot gripper,the problem that the rubber block was affected by the enterprise production process and the ambient temperature in the traditional handling process can be solved,and at the same time,the problem of block adhesion occurring in the automatic rubber moving process can be effectively solved,thereby realizing efficient and automatic production.
