摘要 采用静态容积法测量5A沸石分子筛对CO2和CH4的单组份等温吸附曲线,采用低温变压测量不同实验参数对5A沸石分子筛分离CH4/CO2混合气体的能力影响。静态实验表明,CO2和CH4吸附量随温度的降低而上升,-30℃时CO2和CH4在吸附剂上的饱和吸附量最高:分别为4.94mmol/g和3.0mmol/g;动态试验表明,增加吸附压力会降低分离效果,减小混合气体分离系数;降低吸附温度有利于CH4/CO2分离,提高混合气体分离系数。 The isothermal adsorption curves of CO2 and CH 4 on 5A zeolite were measured by static volumetric method,the influence of different experimental parameters on the separation of CH 4/CO2 mixture gas from CH 4/CO2 was measured by low temperature pressure.The static experiment showed that the adsorption capacity of CO2 and CH 4 on adsorbent was the highest at 30℃with the decrease of temperature:4.94 mmol/g and 3.0 mmol/g,respectively.The dynamic test showed that increasing adsorption pressure can reduce the separation efficiency and decrease the separation coefficient of mixed gas,lower the adsorption temperature is favorable to the separation of CH 4/CO2 and increase the separation coefficient of mixed gas.
