超临界萃取柠檬草精油及化学成分分析 被引量:9

摘要 采用超临界CO2萃取柠檬草中的精油,设计L9(3^4)正交试验表优化萃取条件。结果表明:SFE-2在温度35℃、压力20MPa、静态萃取时间40min和动态萃取时间40min条件下,柠檬草精油的得率最高,为4.81%。采用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用技术结合相关文献对柠檬草精油的化学成分进行分析,共鉴定出31个化学成分,主要为烯类、醛类、醇类、酸类物质;其中,橙花醛和香叶醛含量高,分别为29.92%和21.80%。此法绿色环保、分析快速、准确,可作为控制超临界萃取柠檬草精油的质量及稳定性的方法。 The essential oil was extracted from Cymbopogon citratus(DC.)Stapf by supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction,moreover extraction conditions were optimized by L 9(3^4)orthogonal experiments.The result showed that when the optimal extraction conditions were temperature of 35℃,pressure of 20 MPa,static extraction time of 40 min and dynamic extraction time of 40 min,the yield of essential oil was up tO4.81%.The chemical components of the essential oil were analyzed by GC/MS.As a result,31 components were identified,and the main components were terpenes,phenols,aldehydes,alcohols and acids.The relative content of neral was 29.92%,and geranial was 21.80%.This is an environmental,rapid and selective method,which is suitable to analyze and control the quality of citratus essential oil by supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction.
