摘要
硫磺回收装置在炼油厂环保方面占重要地位,其工艺介质复杂,由于液硫凝点较高,容易因温度下降而凝结造成设备及管道堵塞。本文针对硫磺回收装置工艺流程及管道特点,介绍了某硫磺回收装置设备平面布置和管道设计的思路和方法,给出了硫磺回收装置合理的平面布置,并对管道设计的难点-夹套管伴热系统管道的布置和夹套管的连接方式进行详细分析和探讨。
Due to its complex process,the sulfur recovery unit plays an important role in environmental protection of refinery.Because of the high condensation point of liquid sulfur,it is easy to cause equipment and pipeline blockage due to the temperature drop.In view of the process flow and pipeline characteristics of a sulfur recovery unit,the concepts and methods for plot plan and piping design of a sulfur recovery unit were introduced.The unit s equipment layout was pointed out.The critical aspects in piping design-the determination of connection of jacket pipe were studied in detail.
