The application of ABB ACS800 inverter in the reflux pump motor of the recovery tower of Hainan Dongfang methanol plant was mainly described.The control principle of the inverter used for the motor and the measures of anti-interference electricity were introduced in detail.The advantages of converter torque control and its establishment method were also introduced,as well as the function and setting method of converter low-load function.The necessity of using electric reactor and installation precautions was analyzed.Several points for attention in the use of inverter were summarized,in order to achieve the purpose of communicating and learning with peers.
