高职人才培养与社会服务双驱动的教学实践

摘要 针对高职人才培养与社会服务面临问题,阐述了社会服务与人才培养紧密结合、相互促进的改革措施:强化教师队伍建设和实训平台;加强与“校、企、政、行”四方联动,拓展社会服务形式;改革专业课程与实践教学;扩大学生参与社会服务实践规模。实践证明,改革后不仅可以提高社会服务能力,还能提升教师与学生的实践能力,进而提高人才培养质量,最终达到社会服务与人才培养相互促进的目标。 In view of the problems faced by talents training and social service in higher vocational colleges,the reform measures of social service and talent training which were closely combined and mutually promoted were illustrated.The construction of teachers and the training platform were intensified.Linking schools and enterprises,governments and guilds was to expand the forms of social service.The professional curriculum and practical teaching were reformed.The scale of students participation in social service practice were expanded.The practice proved that the reform can improve not only the ability of social service,but also the practical ability of teachers and students,and then improve the quality of talent training.The goal of mutual promotion between social service and talent training was achieved.
