摘要
介绍研发一种新的连接方式,在不锈钢表身与钨钢上套之间通过柔性材料进行连接,以减缓钨钢上套装配时的径向受力,从而降低因钨钢上套断裂的不良损耗,同时这样可以丰富公司的产品结构,为钨钢手表设计提供更大的设计空间。并对其可靠性能进行了测试研究。研究结果表明,钨钢上套不良率达到了预期效果,装配可靠性同时满足装配顶力、震动试验、落下试验及撞击试验要求。
This paper introduces the development of a new connection method, which is connected by flexible material between the stainless steel body and the tungsten steel upper sleeve, so as to slow down the radial force during the assembly of the tungsten steel upper sleeve, so as to reduce the bad loss due to the fracture of the tungsten steel upper sleeve. At the same time, it can enrich the product structure of the company and provide more design space for the design of tungsten steel watches. Its reliable performance is tested and studied. The results show that the failure rate of tungsten steel reaches the expected effect, and the assembly reliability meets the requirements of assembly jacking force, vibration test, drop test and impact test.
