摘要
文章以巨石集团美国的牛腿式自动化立体库物流设备货架的设计为例,对项目的大致情况进行了概述,分析了项目设计过程中面临的技术难点以及交期的限制对设计造成的重要影响。阐述了当前常见的牛腿式货架(又名贯通式货架)的工作原理与技术特点,提出了针对项目的设计难点我们采取的管理措施与技术措施,最终经过理论分析与实际测试发现其运用效果良好,笼状货物牛腿式货架投入使用后,赢得客户的认可,为我们设计非标准部件带来了宝贵的设计经验。
Taking the design of the logistics equipment shelf in automatic three-dimensional warehouse of Jushi Group Co., Ltd. in the United States as an example, this paper summarizes the general situation of the project. The technical difficulties in the process of project design and the important influence of delivery time on the design are analyzed. This paper expounds the working principle and technical characteristics of the common cow leg shelf(also known as through shelf), and puts forward the management and technical measures we take in view of the difficulties in the design of the project. Finally, through theoretical analysis and practical testing, it is found that the application effect is good. After the cow leg shelf of cage goods is put into use, it has won the recognition of customers and brought valuable design experience for us to design non-standard parts.
