摘要 超高层建筑机电工程是建筑行业内的重要组成部分和核心操作事项,旨在维护高层建筑基础性安全特质,应该从实际角度出发,对安全管理目标予以明确,之后在此基础上循序渐进的强化超高层建筑机电工程施工全过程管理力度,处理好调试问题,创建精品工程类型,更好更优的满足社会发展需求和现代化建设具体诉求,实践安装阶段,各类影响因素持续滋生,诸多质量问题频发,所以需要加强超高层建筑机电工程管理力度和机制,随之提升管理质量和效率。 The mechanical and electrical engineering of super high-rise buildings is an important part and core operation of the construction industry, which aims to maintain the basic safety characteristics of high-rise buildings. We should clarify the objectives of safety management from a practical point of view. Then, on this basis, we should gradually strengthen the management of the whole process of mechanical and electrical engineering construction of super high-rise buildings, deal with the debugging problems, create the types of high-quality projects, and better meet the needs of social development and the specific demands of modernization construction. In the practical installation stage, all kinds of influencing factors continue to breed, and many quality problems occur frequently, so it is necessary to strengthen the mechanical and electrical engineering management of super high-rise buildings and improve the management quality and efficiency.
