摘要
腈吡螨酯是由日产化学公司开发的丙烯腈类杀螨剂。以丙酮、草酸二乙酯和对叔丁基苯乙腈等为起始原料经7步反应合成了腈吡螨酯,目标化合物的结构经1HNMR确证。初步生物活性测试结果表明,腈吡螨酯对朱砂叶螨具有优异的活性。
Cyenopyrafen is a kind of new acrylonitrile acaricides,which is commercialised in 2009 by Nissan Chemicals.Cyenopyrafen was synthesized from acetone,diethyl oxalate and 4-tert-butylphenylacetonitrile via seven steps.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by 1H NMR.The results of preliminary biological activity test showed that cyenopyrafen had excellent activities against Tetranychus cinnabarinus.
