高效液相色谱法测定S-诱抗素及对其设计浓度验证 被引量:1

摘要 建立了S-诱抗素的高效液相色谱检测方法,采用Pgrandsil-STC-C18分离,紫外检测器检测,以甲醇+甲酸水溶液为流动相,在260nm波长条件下测定S-诱抗素质量分数。在质量浓度为1.0~100.0mg/L时,S-诱抗素线性关系良好,回收率为100.08%~100.40%,标准偏差为0.08~3.33,变异系数为0.88。98%S-诱抗素原药对藻类生长抑制试验、溞类急性活动抑制试验和鱼类急性毒性试验结果表明供试物的实测浓度均不低于设计浓度的80%,可用设计浓度计算EC50值和LC50值。 A method for separation and quantitative analysis of S-ABA was established by HPLC,using methanol and water(volume ratio of 60:40)as mobile phase,on Pgrandsil-STC-C18 column and PDA.At the concentration of 1.0-100.0 mg/L,the average recoveries were 100.08%-100.40%,the relative standard deviations were 0.08-3.33,the variation coefficient was 0.88.During the alga growth inhibition test,the daphnia acute activity inhibition test and the fish acute toxicity test,the water sample test data showed that the measured concentration of the test substance was not less than 80%of the design concentration.The EC50 and LC50 could be calculated using the design concentration.
