摘要
滚柱逆止器在解决倾斜式带式输送机停机时的溜机问题上应用广泛,但使用中普遍存在逆止器故障较多、输送机重载溜机严重的情况,应用效果较差。针对滚柱逆止器使用过程中存在的问题,分析了其产生的原因,给出了电力液压推杆制动器在输送机停车制动控制中的应用方案。
At present,the roller backstop is widely used to solve the problem of slipper when tilting belt conveyor stops.However,there are many backstop faults and serious heavy haul slipper of conveyor in use,which indicates that its application effect is poor.In view of the problems existing in the use of roller backstop,the causes are analyzed in this paper.In addition,the application scheme of the electro-hydraulic thruster brake in the parking brake control of the conveyor is given.
