摘要
在介绍斗轮堆取料机液压系统工作原理的基础上,分析液压系统在生产运行和管理维护过程中的常见问题,总结了解决问题的技术方法和手段,可为设备技术管理人员提供参考,也可为类似结构的斗轮堆取料机俯仰液压系统的设计、改造和故障分析等提供借鉴。
On the basis of introducing the working principle of hydraulic system of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,the common problems in operation,management and maintenance of hydraulic system are analyzed.Then the technical methods and means to solve the problems are summarized,which can provide reference for equipment technical managers,as well as for the design,modification and fault analysis of pitching hydraulic system of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer with similar structure.
