摘要
桥式抓斗卸船机钢丝绳与构件干涉的问题影响设备的制造、安装和使用。介绍了钢丝绳垂度计算与干涉问题之间的关系,结合张紧系统及栏杆形式的选择,通过理论分析与计算数值的对比,确定钢丝绳垂度控制的关键因素,为避免托绳小车钢丝绳与构件之间的干涉问题提供了解决方案新思路。
The interference between wire rope and component of bridge grab ship unloader will affect the manufacture,installation and use of the equipment.The relationship between sag calculation of wire rope and interference problem is introduced in this paper.Combining with the selection of tensioning system and balustrade form,the key factors to control the sag of wire rope are determined through theoretical analysis and numerical comparison.The results provide new ideas and solutions for avoiding interference between wire rope and component of trolley.
