摘要 氯乙烯有多种生产方法,其中电石乙炔法合成工艺因具有原料多、工艺设备简单、投资低、收率高等优点,在我国得到广泛应用。现阶段,我国的氯乙烯生产技术在混合脱水、设备运行质量、压缩精馏等方面有了很大发展,但同国外的先进技术比较,还存在着一定的差距。我分厂使用电石乙炔法生产氯乙烯,经过近几年的工艺过程优化研究并将研究成果应用到生产实践中,生产工艺运行质量得到很大提升,获得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。结合本单位氯乙烯生产过程的实际情况,阐述了在工艺过程优化方面采取的方法措施和开展的研究。 Vinyl chloride has a variety of production methods, in which calcium carbide acetylene synthesis process has many advantages, such as more raw materials, simple process equipment, low investment, high yield and so on, which has been widely used in our country. At present, the production technology of vinyl chloride in our country has made great progress in the aspects of mixed dehydration, equipment operation quality, compression distillation, etc., but there is still a certain gap in comparison with the advanced technology abroad[1]. Our plant uses calcium carbide acetylene process to produce vinyl chloride. After the optimization research of the process in recent years and the application of the research results to the production practice, the operation quality of the production process has been greatly improved, and good economic benefits and social results have been obtained.Combined with the actual situation of vinyl chloride production in this unit, this paper expounds the methods and measures adopted in the optimization of the process and the research carried out.
