摘要
尿素高压系统是装置的核心控制中枢,将直接影响装置的安全稳定运行,高压系统中池式冷凝器的控制方式与传统的高压甲铵冷凝器不完全一样。结合部分生产经验提出见解和各位同仁探讨,共同提高工艺知识,有利于装置在开车过程中安全稳定运行,保证实现开车投料成功。
Urea high pressure system is the core control center of the plant, which will directly affect the safe and stable operation of the plant. The control mode of pool condenser in high pressure system is not exactly the same as that of traditional high pressure ammonium formate condenser. Combined with some of its own production experience, the paper puts forward his opinions and colleaguesundefined discussion, so as to improve the technological knowledge together. It is beneficial to the safe and stable operation of the device during the start-up process, and ensures the success of the start-up feeding.
