摘要
microRNA(miRNA)是一类非编码RNA,在生物体内的产生过程非常复杂。miRNA在细胞增生、细胞凋亡以及肿瘤发生过程中发挥着重要调节作用。一个miRNA具有调控多个基因的功能,多个miRNA也可以调控一个基因,这种复杂的调节网络既可以通过一个miRNA来调控多个基因的表达,也可以通过几个miRNA的组合来精细调控某个基因的表达。miRNA的这种特征为解决复杂疾病提供了新的切入点,成为潜在的癌基因或抑癌基因,是肿瘤发生发展过程中有效的标志物。
MicroRNA(miRNA)is a class of non-coding RNAs that are very complex in vivo. miRNA plays an important regulatory role in cell proliferation, apoptosis, and tumorigenesis. A miRNA has the function of regulating multiple genes, and multiple miRNAs can also regulate a target gene. This complex regulatory network can regulate the expression of multiple genes through one miRNA, or can be finely regulated by a combination of several miRNAs. The expression of a gene, this feature of miRNA provides a new entry point for solving complex diseases, and becomes a potential oncogene or tumor suppressor gene, and is an effective marker in the process of tumor development.
