家族式腐败是近年来受到社会高度关注的一种特殊腐败类型,其结构复杂,形态多样,特征鲜明。家族式腐败的诱发因素是多方面的,既有文化传统和社会环境方面的原因,又有行为主体和制度建设方面的原因。必须在从严治党的大背景中深化对家族式腐败的治理,综合施策,系统推进。具体而言,对家族式腐败的治理应该包括四个方面:更新观念,倡导和培育现代优良家风;涵养政德,教育引导领导干部自觉廉洁齐家;强化监督,斩断公共权力转为利益的隐秘勾连;扎紧笼子,完善防止权力家族化的体制机制。

Family-based corruption is a special type of corruption that has been highly concerned by the society in recent years. Its structure is complex, its forms are diverse, and its characteristics are distinct. There are many inducing factors for family-based corruption, including cultural tradition and social environment, as well as behavior subjects and system construction. We must deepen the control of family corruption in the context of strict party management, and comprehensively implement policies and systematically promote it. Specifically, the governance of family-based corruption should include four aspects: renewing ideas, advocating and cultivating modern fine family styles;self-restraint of political morality, educating and guiding leading cadres to consciously clean up their homes;strengthening supervision and cutting off the hidden connection between public power and interests;tying the cage tightly and perfecting the system and mechanism to prevent the power from becoming familial.
