新中国建国初期北京人艺话剧艺术家身份的重构

摘要 北京人民艺术剧院(简称北京人艺)在新中国建国初期所完成的从“团(老人艺)”到“院(新人艺)”的改造,实质上意味着作为综合性非单位性质的“老人艺”将转化为受中央正规管辖的专业化话剧生产单位,“旧文化人”被重新纳入到新文艺单位的组织之中。北京人艺话剧生产单位组织模式的建立以及话剧艺术家身份的重构,对作家的文艺思想观念与创作方式产生了直接影响,从中可窥见新中国创制社会主义新文艺的方式与策略。 In the early days of New China, Beijing People′s Art Theatre completed the transformation from ″Troupe″ to ″Theatre″, which in essence meant that, as a comprehensive non-unit nature, the ″old Renyi″ would be transformed into a specialized drama production unit under the formal jurisdiction of the central government. The old literati were re-integrated into the organization of literary and artistic units. At the same time, the establishment of Beijing People′s Art Theatre as a unit organization and the reconstruction of the status of the drama artists have a direct impact on the writers′ literary and artistic ideas and ways of creation. To a certain extent, it also reflects how New China creates new socialist literature and art through new management methods and practical strategies.
