摘要
合成生物学是通过"自下而上"的理念合成一些功能元件、模块、系统,从而对生命体进行有目的的设计、改造使其具有特定新功能的学科。结合教材将合成生物学引入高中生物教学,利用信息技术搭建脚手架创设学习情境开发生物学课程资源,实施基于建构主义学习理论的教学活动,以实现基于"概念"的生命观念培养,基于"事实"的科学思维培养,基于"问题"的科学探究能力培养,基于"热点问题"的社会责任培养,从而发展学生综合核心素养。
Based on the constructivist learning theory, information technology is used to develop biology curriculum resources, by which the synthetic biology is introduced to biology teaching in senior high school. In this model, teaching activities are organized based on the four elements of constructivism by setting up scaffolding to create learning contexts and encouraging students to explore and discuss facts independently. The results show that it is helpful for the students to form life concepts, develop scientific thinking habits and cultivate scientific inquiry ability and asense of social responsibility so as to further develop students’ key competency.
