摘要
为保证每个幼儿都能接受到公平高质量的早期保育与教育,同时也为了切实服务于国家提高生育率的政策需要,韩国决定对二元化的学前教育体系进行改革。目前,韩国已经完成了课程与学前教育质量评价系统的一体化,未来几年韩国将会继续按照"早期教育整合三步推进计划"提出的设想逐步去推进。韩国学前教育一体化对我国学前教育发展有一定的启示:坚持将确保学前教育公平作为学前教育发展的首要目标;保证公平的同时要兼顾学前教育的质量保障;充分发挥政府在学前教育发展与改革中的主导责任。
To ensure each child can receive equal and high-quality early childhood care and education and meet the needs of the country’s policy to improve the fertility rate effectively, South Korea has reformed the dualistic preschool system. At present, South Korea has completed the integration of curriculum and quality evaluation system of preschool education. In the next few years, South Korea will continue to promote the integration of preschool education according to the"3-step Progress Plan for ECEC Integration(2014-2016)". South Korea’s preschool education integration has some enlightenments for the development of China’s preschool education, such as insisting on ensuring the equality of preschool education as the primary goal of the development of preschool education,taking it into consideration the quality of preschool education while ensuring the equality of preschool education, giving it full play the government’s leading responsibility in the development and reforming preschool education.
