摘要
文章以南京协泰科技大厦为例,利用BIM技术对工程从设计阶段,施工阶段以及运维阶段进行全生命周期运用。在设计阶段采用Revit软件对项目模型进行节能分析和节能设计,并对项目全专业模型进行碰撞检查,对图纸进行二次深化。在施工阶段对项目大楼进行进度模拟和可视化管理,以缩短工期、节约成本。最后,在项目运维阶段建立信息化平台,保证建筑大楼经济效益,延长项目生命周期。
This paper uses BIM technology to apply the whole life cycle of the project from design stage, construction stage and operation and maintenance stage based in Nanjing Xietai Science and Technology Building. In the design stage, Revit software is used to analyze and design the energy-saving of the project model, and collision checks of the whole professional model of the project are carried out to deepen the drawings twice. In the construction stage, schedule simulation and visual management of the project building are carried out to shorten the construction period and save costs. Finally, an information platform is established in the operation and maintenance stage of the project to ensure the economic benefits of the building and extend the project life cycle.
