摘要
目的:评估智能手机的提醒系统在促进产妇盆底肌训练的有效性,以期对产后妇女在管理尿失禁方面提供有效帮助。方法:对我院盆底康复诊疗中心诊疗的133名产妇进行历史对照研究,其中80例行人工智能提醒服务,53例产妇未使用,在8周的干预期内,观察产妇盆底肌训练的依从性和产后尿失禁的患病率。结果:研究组盆底肌训练的执行率为83.4%,高于对照组50.9%的执行率;研究组盆底肌每天训练的次数和盆底肌每周训练天数的中位值为40次和7天,高于对照组的15次和3天;在产后尿失禁的妇女中,研究组与对照组训练前尿失禁患病率无差异,8周训练后尿失禁的患病率对照组11.3%,而研究组为0%,差异有统计学意义;对照组有1名新发尿失禁病例,研究组无。结论:人工智能提醒服务的智慧医疗可有效地提高产妇盆底肌训练的依从性及产后尿失禁妇女的自我管理水平;人工智能系统简单实用,易于推广,可惠及广大产妇群体,对盆底功能疾病的防治具有重大意义。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of artificial intelligence system in promoting pelvic floor muscle training and help postpartum women manage urinary incontinence. Methods:A historical control study was conducted on 133 parturient women in the pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment center of our hospital, among which 80 were given artificial intelligence reminder service and 53 were unused. During the intervention period of 8 weeks, the compliance of parturient women with pelvic floor muscle training and the prevalence of postpartum urinary incontinence were observed. Results:The implementation rate of pelvic floor muscle training in the study group was 83.4% which was higher than control group(50.9%). The median values of daily training and weekly training of pelvic floor muscles in the study group were 40 times and 7 days, which were higher than the control group(15 times and 7 days). Among women with postpartum uroclepsia, there was no difference in the prevalence of uroclepsia before training between the two groups, and the prevalence of uroclepsia after 8 weeks' training was significantly different. The control group was 11.3% while the study group was 0%. The difference was statistically significant. There was one new uroclepsia case in the control group while none in the study group. Conclusion: The artificial intelligence reminder service can effectively improve the compliance of pelvic floor muscle training of maternal and the self-management of postpartum uroclepsia women. Artificial intelligence system is simple and practical, easy to promote , and can benefit the vast number of maternal groups. It has great significance for the prevention and treatment of pelvic floor functional diseases.
