摘要 目的:探讨翻转课堂+CBL教学法在临床儿科教学中的应用成效。方法:随机整群抽取我院临床医学专业2015级两个班作为研究对象,实验组35人,采用翻转课堂联合CBL的教学模式,常规对照组39人,采用传统教师讲授法为主,对比两组考试成绩与教学满意度。结果:实验组在期末考试成绩与教育满意度评分方面,均优于常规对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:将翻转课堂联合CBL的教学模式应用在《儿科学》教学中,有助于学生学习能力、问题发现能力与分析能力的提升,强化学生的成就感,对于儿科教学质量的提升大有裨益。 Objective: To study the application effect of flipped classroom and CBL in clinical pediatrics teaching. Methods:74 participants of 2015 fall clinical medicine from two classes in Shihezi University School of Medicine were selected by cluster randomization.35 students in the experimental group were adopted the teaching mode of flipped classroom combined with CBL.39 students in the conventional control group were mainly adopted the traditional teaching method(LBL).Test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:Experimental group were superior to the conventional control group in terms of final examination scores and teaching satisfaction scores (P<0.05). Conclusion:Applying the teaching mode of flipped classroom and CBL in pediatrics teaching is conducive to the improvement of students' learning ability,problem finding ability and analytical ability,as well as the sense of achievement,which is of great benefit to the improvement of pediatric teaching quality.
