摘要
以箱式气体混合器为研究对象,分析了3种气体混合的浓度分布与流速分布规律。应用UG内置的参数化建模方法建立箱式气体混合器的计算几何模型,基于Maxwell-Stefan扩散模型,分析了不同工况条件下箱式气体混合器的混合性能,通过对箱式气体混合器进行结构优化,增加内置扰流片来提高混合性能。分析不同工况条件下扰流片型箱式气体混合器的混合性能,结果表明:扰流片的引导作用能有效改善气体的交互模式,增加气体混合的效率与均匀性,为箱式气体混合器的优化设计制造提供依据。
Taking the box gas mixer as the research object,the concentration distribution and flow velocity distribution of the three gas mixtures were analyzed.The computational geometry model of the box gas mixer was established by using the parametric modeling method built in UG.Based on the Maxwell-Stefan diffusion model,the mixing performance of the box gas mixer under different working conditions was analyzed,and the box gas mixer was used.By optimizing the structure of the box gas mixer,the built-in spoiler was added to improve the mixing performance.The mixing performance of the spoiler type box gas mixer under different working conditions was analyzed.The results show that the guiding effect of the spoiler can effectively improve the gas interaction mode,increase the efficiency and uniformity of gas mixing,providing a basis for the optimal design and manufacture of box gas mixers.
