摘要
道路谱是汽车行驶过程中受到的主要激励,获取准确的路面信息是对车辆振动系统特性进行分析和评价的前提。采用某国家级课题中开发的道路谱综合测试系统,对选取的工况路面进行道路谱采集和载荷谱数据采集与分析。本次试验的目的是验证将道路谱作为驱动信号输入四立柱道路模拟机台架进行汽车耐久性试验的可行性,分析道路谱作为驱动信号和载荷谱作为驱动信号两者之间的关系。结果表明:道路模拟机台架能复现道路谱,且复现的精度较高。
Road spectrum is the most important excitation in the process of driving.Obtaining accurate information of the road spectrum is very important to analysis and evaluation of the vibration characteristics of vehicle.The paper uses the road spectrum integrated test system which was developed in the national 863 project of“China typical vehicle road spectrum”to collect and analyze the data of the road spectra and the load spectrum for the selected operating condition road surface.The purpose of this test is to verify the feasibility of the road spectrum as the driving signal input to the MTS four post road simulation bench for vehicle durability test,and also to analyze the link between road spectrum as the drive signal and the load spectrum as the driving signal.The results show that the road simulator bench can reproduce road spectrum with high accuracy.
