摘要
在水冷式凝汽器工作原理的基础上,依据水冷式凝汽器的结构特点,建立了水冷式凝汽器的动态数学模型。借助实时仿真平台Rinsim仿真分析水冷式凝汽器的典型工况及循环冷却水进口温度、循环冷却水流量、汽轮机排汽负荷及不凝气体含量对凝汽器背压的影响。其次对仿真结果进行了分析,并将仿真结果与设计值和已发表文献的数据进行比较。结果表明:该模型准确度较高且具有较好的精度。
A dynamic mathematical model of water-cooled condenser is presented based on the working principle and the structure characteristics of water-cooled condenser.The model can be used under steady-state and simulate the influence of inlet temperature of circulating cooling water,circulating cooling water flow,discharge flow of steam turbine and content of non-condensable gas on the pressure of water-cooled condenser with the simulation platform named Rinsim.The simulation results are analyzed,and the simulation results are compared with the design values and the data of the published literature.
