炮制对中药的化学成分及药理作用的影响

Effect of Processing on the Chemical Compositions and Pharmacological Activities of Traditional Chinese Medicines

中药炮制是依据中医药理论,参照药物本身的性质而采取的不同制药技术。中药材经不同方法炮制后,可充分发挥其药理作用、增强临床疗效,或者降低药物的毒副作用,以保证其用药安全。综述了炮制对具有活血化瘀、抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、泻下以及止咳平喘等作用的中药化学成分及药理活性的影响。同时,对炮制降低中药毒副作用的研究亦进行了概述,以期为中药的科学合理用药以及中药的炮制研究提供参考。

Processing of Chinese medicinal materials(CMMs)is a pharmaceutical technique based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs).The pharmacological activities of CMMs can be enhanced after processing,which is beneficial for its clinical use.On the other hand,the toxic or side effects of some CMMs can be reduced to ensure their safety applications in clinic.In this paper,the effects of processing on the chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of CMMs with different efficacies such as promoting blood circulation,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-tumor,cathartic action and hustenmildernd were reviewed.Moreover,the studies on the reduction of toxic or side effects of CMMs were also summarized.This review will provide a scientific reference for the rational use of TCMs and further studies on the processing of CMMs.
