基于多角度的山西省水资源基尼系数分析 被引量:4

Analysis of Gini Coefficient of Water Resources in Shanxi Province Based on Multiple Perspectives

摘要 根据2016年山西省水资源统计数据,运用洛伦兹曲线与基尼系数的方法,绘制水资源与人口、GDP和各种用水类型的洛伦兹曲线并计算基尼系数,分析山西省水资源的匹配性.结果表明:(1)山西省水资源与人口匹配度良好,基尼系数为0.1739,居于绝对均衡阶段.(2)山西省水资源与GDP匹配度比较合理,基尼系数为0.3018.在三大产业中,第一、第二、第三产业与水资源的基尼系数分别为0.1816、0.2061、0.3260.(3)水资源和农业用水、工业用水、生活用水以及生态用水的基尼系数分别为0.2637、0.2092、0.2169、0.3034.总之,山西省水资源的匹配度处于合理分布状态,应该针对不同的水资源采取不同的保护措施,实现山西省水资源的合理分配与利用. According to the statistics of water resources in Shanxi Province in 2016,with the introduction of Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient as theoretical basis,various types of Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient calculation,analysis of matching of water resources in Shanxi Province.The results show that:1)The matching degree between water resources and population in Shanxi Province is good,and the Gini coefficient is 0.173 9,which is in absolute equilibrium.2)The matching degree between water resources and GDP in Shanxi Province is reasonable,and the Gini coefficient is 0.301 8.In the three major industries,the Gini coefficient of the first,second and third industries and water resources are 0.181 6,0.206 1,and 0.326 0 respectively.3)The Gini coefficients of water resources and agricultural water,industrial water,domestic water,and ecological water are 0.263 7,0.209 2,0.216 9,and 0.303 4,respectively.To sum up,the matching degree of water resources in Shanxi Province is in a reasonable distribution state,and different protection measures should be taken for different water resources to realize rational allocation and utilization of water resources in Shanxi province.
