摘要
本文通过构建时间序列模型、脉冲响应函数、DA效应函数、正外部性供给等模型,采用定性定量相结合的方法,借助实证分析多种绿色融资工具对于企业节能减排业务的影响、绿色融资工具的投入与绩效等问题.通过研究绿色信贷、绿色PPP模式融资、绿色基金等融资工具影响节能减排绩效机制,进一步构建了不同融资模式下的企业节能减排效用评估模型,并对模型进行了优缺点评价与整体稳健性分析.建立多融资模式下的企业节能减排效用评估模型,旨在借此模型有效识别企业资金的利用情况,标准化评估融资资金对于节能减排产生的效用.最后根据我国企业为节能减排融资中存在的问题,基于政府的角度提出可行性建议.
By constructing time series model,impulse response function,DA effect function,positive externality supply and so on,this paper analyzes the impact of various green financing instruments on energy saving and emission reduction business,investment and performance of green financing tools by means of empirical analysis.Through research on financing mechanisms such as green credit,green bonds,green PPP financing,and green funds that affect energy conservation and emission reduction performance,the utility evaluation model of enterprises'energy conservation and emission reduction under different financing models has been further constructed.The advantages and disadvantages of the model were evaluated and the overall robustness was analyzed.The utility evaluation model of energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises under multi-financing mode is established,which aims to effectively identify the use of enterprise funds and standardize the effectiveness of financing funds for energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the existing problems in financing energy conservation and emission reduction of enterprises in our country,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions based on the three sides of the government,energy conservation and emission reduction enterprises and the public.
