摘要
为了提高实验室安全管理和监控力量,提供安全稳定的科研环境,充分利用VR技术的高度逼真模拟功能,设计实现了实验室安全事故应急处置系统。系统中各种传感器采集实验室环境信息,基于该信息VR系统装置构建实验室安全事故模型库,模拟实验室安全事故数值,并实现事故现场可视化重建。在此基础上,实验室安全监控装置实现事故报警信息分析、处理后,依据报警信息切断实验室内电源、启动排风系统、清空实验室内所有人员。同时VR系统装置将模拟的安全事故应急处置现场可视化重建结果发送到反馈控制装置,为事故应急处置提供可靠依据。经实验验证,该系统处置5次实验室火灾与爆炸事故的平均总用时为8.83s,7.0s,低于对比系统,应急处置效率高。
A laboratory security accident emergency disposal system is designed and implemented by making full use of the high realistic simulation function of the VR technology,so as to improve security management and monitoring forces of the laboratory,and provide a safe and stable scientific research environment. In the system,the laboratory environmental information is collected by various sensors. The laboratory security accident model library is constructed on the basis of the information VR system device,so as to simulate the numerical values of laboratory security accidents,and realize visualized reconstruction of the accident scene. On this basis,the power supply in the laboratory is cut off,the exhaust system is started,and all personnel in the laboratory are cleared out according to the alarm information after analysis and processing of accident alarm information implemented by the laboratory security monitoring device. The VR system device sends the visualized reconstruction result of the simulated security accident emergency disposal scene to the feedback control device,so as to provide a reliable basis for emergency disposal of accidents. The experimental results show that the average total time consumptions for the system to deal with five laboratory fires and five explosion accidents are 8.83 s and 7.0 s,which are lower than those of the comparison system,and the system has a high emergency disposal efficiency.
