摘要
以我国31个省份(数据不包括我国港澳台地区)作为空间观测单元,将地方高校科技转移经费支出作为高校科技产出的衡量指标,运用空间计量法对我国2004~2015年地方高校科技转移的时空演变特征进行分析,研究结果表明:不同省份地方高校科技成果转化情况呈现出较大的差异,区位基尼系数整体波动呈上升趋势;地方高校技术经济产出具有空间正向自相关性,呈现出明显的空间聚集性特征。除去空间因素的影响,结合OLS回归模型验证了基础科学研究经费、应用研究经费、试验发展经费、科技服务业进步水平、R&D成果应用等因素都对地方高校科技转移经费支出产生正向影响。
This paper regards technology transfer expenditure of local universities as output index,and adopts spatial measurement to analyze the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of technology transfer of local universities from 2004 to 2015 based on the data of 31 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan).The research results show that there are enormous differences on technology transfer among local universities in different regions,where the overall fluctuation of Gini coefficient shows an upward trend.In other words,the technical and economic output of local universities has a positive spatial auto-correlation with obvious spatial aggregation characteristics.Apart from the influence of spatial factors,the analysis within the OLS regression model verifies that basic research funds,applied research,experimental research,development funds of science and technology services,and application of R&D achievements have a positive impact on technology transfer expenditure of local universities.
