摘要
目的了解改善慢性化脓性中耳炎患者护理满意度及预后的护理方式。方法将我院收集2017年5月至2018年8月的78例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,随机分组,对照组用护理常规,综合组用综合化护理干预。比较两组满意度;慢性化脓性中耳炎积液消失时间、改善听力时间;护理前后化脓性中耳炎炎性因子水平;不良反应率。结果综合组满意度、化脓性中耳炎炎性因子水平、慢性化脓性中耳炎积液消失时间、改善听力时间、不良反应率方面相较对照组更好,P<0.05。结论慢性化脓性中耳炎患者实施综合化护理干预效果理想。
Objective To investigate the nursing satisfaction and prognosis of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods 78 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media were collected in our hospital from 2017.5 to 2018.8.They were randomly grouped into control group with nursing routine and comprehensive group with nursing intervention.Comparing two groups of satisfaction;Time of disappearance of chronic suppurative otitis media and improvement of hearing time;Inflammatory factor level of suppurative otitis media before and after nursing;Adverse reaction rate.Results The group was better than the control group in terms of satisfaction,inflammatory factor level of suppurative otitis media,disappearance time of chronic suppurative otitis media,improvement of hearing time and adverse reaction rate,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media is ideal.
