规范化护理对小儿慢性肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿心力衰竭纠正时间、住院时间及护理满意度的影响

Effect of Standardized Nursing on the Correction Time,Hospitalization Time and Nursing Satisfaction of Children with Chronic Pneumonia complicated with Heart Failure

目的探讨规范化护理对小儿慢性肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿心力衰竭纠正时间、住院时间及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院(2015年1月至2017年1月)收治的110例小儿慢性肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿,根据不同护理方法分为两组,观察组(n=55)给予规范化护理,对照组(n=55)给予常规护理,对比两组患儿临床疗效和住院时间、心力衰竭纠正时间、肝肋下增大情况、呼吸频率、心率以及护理满意度。结果两组患儿临床疗效94.55%vs76.36%对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿住院时间和心力衰竭纠正时间对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患儿肝肋下增大明显小于对照组,呼吸频率和心率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿护理满意度94.55%vs74.55%对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化护理在小儿肺炎合并慢性心力衰竭中效果显著,可及时纠正心力衰竭,缩短住院时间家属满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing on the correction time,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of children with chronic pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods 110 children with chronic pneumonia and heart failure in our hospital(January 2015-January2017)were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The observation group(n=55)was given standardized nursing and the control group(n=55)was given routine nursing.The clinical efficacy and hospitalization time,heart failure correction time and liver of the two groups were compared.The costal enlargement,respiratory rate,heart rate and nursing satisfaction.Result The clinical curative effect of the two groups was 94.55%vs 76.36%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in hospitalization time and heart failure correction time between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,the subcostal enlargement of the liver in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,and the respiratory rate and heart rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of children care satisfaction94.55%vs74.55%contrast difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing has a significant effect in children with pneumonia complicated with chronic heart failure.It can correct heart failure in time and shorten the hospitalization time.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
