护理风险管理在普外病区手术患者安全管理中的应用效果观察

Application of Nursing Risk Management in Safety Management of Surgical Patients in General Surgery Ward

目的探讨护理风险管理在普外病区手术患者安全管理中的应用效果。方法将我院2017年2月至2018年7月我院收治的180例普外科病区手术患者根据随机抽签方式分为实验组与对照组。对照组患者给予常规普外科住院手术护理。实验组在对照组基础上给予加强护理风险管理,分析对比两组患者在护理期间不良事件发生率、护理安全合格率、患者投诉率以及患者满意率。结果对照组90例患者,护理后不良事件发生率为8.89%、护理安全合格率82.22%、患者投诉率8.89%;实验组90例患者,护理后不良事件发生率为1.11%、护理安全合格率97.78%、患者投诉率0.431.11%。实验组患者不良事件发生率、护理安全合格率、患者投诉率均显著优于对照组,组间差异相比P<0.05。对照组90例患者,总满意人数80例,不满意人数10例,总满意度为88.89%;实验组90例患者,总满意人数89例,不满意人数1例,总满意度为98.89%。实验组患者总满意度显著高于对照组,组间差异P<0.05。结论护理风险管理以建立安全的医疗护理服务环境、降低护理不良事件的发生率、降低投诉率为目标,针对普外科病区手术患者安全管理中应用护理风险管理,不仅能显著降低患者不良事件发生率、患者投诉率,还能提高护理人员的护理安全合格率和患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in safety management of surgical patients in general ward.Methods180 patients in general surgery ward from February 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the control group were given routine Department of general surgery operation nursing.The experimental group was given to strengthen nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse events,nursing safety qualification rate,complaint rate and patient satisfaction rate were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,the incidence of adverse events was 8.89%,the qualified rate of nursing safety was82.22%,and the complaint rate was 8.89%;in the experimental group,the incidence of adverse events was 1.11%,the qualified rate of nursing safety was97.78%,and the complaint rate was 0.431.11%.The incidence of adverse events,the qualified rate of nursing safety and the complaint rate of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,80 patients were satisfied,10 were unsatisfied,the total satisfaction rate was 88.89%;in the experimental group,89 were satisfied,1 was unsatisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 98.89%.The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion The goal of nursing risk management is to establish a safe medical and nursing service environment,reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events and reduce the complaint rate.The application of nursing risk management in the safety management of surgical patients in general surgery ward can not only significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events and complaints,but also improve nursing care.The qualified rate of nursing safety and patient satisfaction are worthy of clinical application.
