摘要 介绍血脑屏障及体外血脑屏障模型的研究进展及其在新药研发过程中的应用。结合血脑屏障的结构特点及性质,查阅国内外血脑屏障模型建立的相关文献资料。如何能够使得体外血脑屏障的模型更贴近体内的微环境,目前仍是研究者的热议话题。血脑屏障的模型随着细胞间简单的共培养到通过永生化细胞系、微流体装置和3D细胞外基质等方法来使得BBB模型更加合理,更加具有功能性。随着血脑屏障体外模型建立的技术和方法不断的成熟与完善,将有助于筛选神经系统新药,为神经系统疾病的治疗提供更多的理论依据。使得人们在治疗脑内相关疾病的发展具有了更大的展望。 Introduction of the blood-brain barrier and in vitro blood-brain barrier model research and its application in the development of new drugs.Combined with the structural characteristics and properties of blood-brain barrier,access to relevant documents and materials established by the blood-brain barrier model at home and abroad.How to make the model in vitro closer to the microenvironment in vivo is still a hot topic for researchers.Themodel of the Blood-Brain Barrier is made more rational and more functional by immortalized cell lines,microfluidic devices and 3 D extracellular matrix methods than simple co-culture.With the continuous maturation and improvement of the blood-brain barrier in vitro model establishment techniques and methods,it will help to screen new neurological drugs and provide more theoretical basis for the treatment of neurological diseases.It makes people have a greater perspective in the treatment of brain-related diseases.
