基于广西蚕农视角的农业科技服务供需分析

Supply and Demand of Agricultural Technology Service Based on the Perspective of Silkworm Farmers in Guangxi

为提升蚕桑产业的农业科技服务水平,基于广西蚕桑主产区蚕农的调查数据,分析了当前蚕农对农业科技服务的需求及供给特征。结果显示,蚕农对农业科技服务有强烈的需求,但各项农技服务均存在严重的供给不足,农技服务供需不平衡;农业信息服务、省力机械加工技术等农技的供需差较大,且农技服务主体缺乏,农技推广受限。建议加强农技研发,增加供给总量,建设基层农技指导服务队伍,完善农业技术推广体系,并通过提升蚕农组织化水平、培育新型职业蚕农的方式,提升蚕农农技接受能力和自主研发能力。

In order to improve the level of agricultural science and technology services in the sericulture industry,based on the questionnaire survey of silkworm farmers in the major sericulture areas in Guangxi,the demand and supply of the current agricultural science and technology services of silkworm farmers were statistically analyzed.The results showed that silkworm farmers had strong demand for agricultural science and technology services,but there were serious supply shortages in various agricultural techniques,agricultural technology supply and demand were not balanced,the supply and demand deficits of agricultural information services,labor-saving mechanical processing technology and other agricultural technology were tremendous,and there were a shortage of agricultural technology services subjects and a limitation of agricultural technology population.The author suggested to strengthen agricultural technology research and development,increase the total supply of agricultural technologies,build a grassroots agricultural technological guidance service team,improve the agricultural technology promotion system,and enhance the silkworm farmers'agricultural technology acceptance ability and independent research and development ability by improving the level of silkworm farmers'organization and cultivating new professional silkworm farmers.
