煤气化燃料电池发电系统模拟及分析 被引量:10

摘要 煤气化燃料电池发电技术(IGFC)是一种高效,清洁的新型煤电技术,与二氧化碳捕集与封存(CCS)技术相结合可实现真正意义上的CO_2近零排放,是未来清洁煤电技术的发展方向。本文参照美国能源部(DOE)报告中的百MW级IGFC系统工艺流程,利用Aspen plus软件建立了IGFC系统模型,模型包含煤气化、合成气净化、燃料电池发电、尾气燃烧、CO_2捕集等模块;模拟结果显示,系统主要物流模拟误差基本控制在2%以内,验证了模型准确性。以电力为单位计算系统各个模块的发、耗电量,进而得到系统发电效率。在模型的基础上模拟分析了不同操作工况,如操作压力、进料甲烷含量对系统效率的影响,结果表明:提高系统操作压力和进料中甲烷含量可以显著提高IGFC系统电效率。最后,结合研究结果对优化IGFC系统效率提出若干建议。 Integrated Gasification Fuel Cell(IGFC) system is an efficiency and clean coal power technology,the combination of which with Carbon dioxide Capture and Storage(CCS) would achieve zero CO2 emissions,directing the development of future clean coal technology. A model of IGFC system using Aspen^TM plus based on the The United States Department Of Energy(DOE) hundred MW level IGFC system was set up, which includes gasification, syngas purification, fuel cell power generation, exhaust gas combustion, CO2 capture and other units. The main stream error of the model was controlled into 2 %, which verified the accuracy of model. Calculate the consumption and generation of power of each module on the basis of simulation results and get the net power efficiency of IGFC system. The influence of different operation conditions such as pressurized, content of CH4 were analyzed by using IGFC model, the results show that power efficiency of IGFC system can be improved by increasing the system operating pressure and methane content. Finally,several suggestions of improving the IGFC power efficiency were proposed on the basis of research.
