Probe into Constructing "Double Leader" Team in Hubei Vocational Colleges

高职高专院校加强"双带头人"队伍建设,对提升党建科学化水平,增强综合办学实力和提高人才培养质量,具有重要意义。站在党建引领发展的高度提高思想认识,按照选优配强的要求规范"双带头人"选任,以"增能提效"为导向,建立科学的培训体系;另一方面,坚持"严管厚爱"和强化日常管理,发挥"双带头人"作用。只有这样,高职院校"双带头人"队伍建设才能取得成效,起到既提升党建水平,又可推动学科发展的作用。

It is apparent that“double leaders”refer to the teachers,who are Communist Party of China branch secretaries and undertake the role of professional leadership in colleges.Right now,it is important for vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of“double leaders”team and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.Therefore,the paper tries to expound the great significance of strengthening the construction of“double leaders”and clarify the problems.The purpose is to recommend some proposals for enhancing party construction and promote colleges’discipline development.
