Suggestions on Reforming College Affiliated Enterprise Management System

高等学校所属企业体制改革是党中央、国务院作出的重大决策部署,是提升高校治理体系和治理能力现代化水平以及改革完善高校科技成果转化机制的重要举措,对推动高校所属企业清理规范与提质增效,促使高校聚焦教学科研主业,提升高校治理体系和治理能力现代化水平,促进高等教育内涵发展,办好中国特色社会主义大学具有十分重要的意义。针对《国务院办公厅关于高等学校所属企业体制改革的指导意见》这一文件的出台,有必要对高校校办企业管理体制改革进行分析,提出一些推进改革的建议。

It is well-known that college-run enterprise system reform is an important decision-making arrangement made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council.It is also an important measure to improve the modernization level of university governance system and ability.Also,It is essential to improve enterprises’quality and efficiency.Therefore,the paper tries to aim at the implementation of“Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on the Reform of College-run Enterprise Systems”.Hopefully,some suggestions can be recommended to promote such enterprises’reform.
