职业教育视角下的碎片化学习与学生职业素养提升对策 被引量:1

摘要 泛技术环境下碎片化学习发展趋势明显,催生了职业教育变革和发展。然而,从职业教育视角对碎片化学习与学生职业素养提升关联研究却很不充分。为此,探讨碎片化学习的内涵,尝试以职教视角,实施碎片化学习与职业素养关联研究的必要性,尤为重要,并提出职业院校在碎片化学习背景下提升学生职业素养的主要对策。 It is evident that under the ubiquitous technological environment,the development trend of fragmentation of learning is quite obvious.Also,it is well-known that fragmentation learning promotes the reform and development of vocational education.However,it seems that it is insufficient to research on the relationship between fragmentation learning and improving students’professional quality from the perspective of vocational education.The paper tries to probe into the connotation of fragmentation learning,the necessity of studying fragmentation learning and enhancing vocational education quality.The purpose is to put forward some countermeasures on fragmentation learning in vocational colleges.
