氟比洛芬酯对肺癌根治术患者术后β-内啡肽、前列腺素E2水平的影响

Effect of flurbiprofen axetil on levels of serumβ-endorphin and prostaglandins E2 after radical resection of lung cancer

目的分析氟比洛芬酯对肺癌根治术患者术后β-内啡肽、前列腺素E2水平的影响。方法选取该院2016年8月至2018年7月收治的70例行肺癌根治术治疗的肺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组,每组35例。A组静脉注射脂肪乳剂,以舒芬太尼、托烷司琼镇痛,B组在A组基础上静脉输入氟比洛芬酯,比较两组术后2、12、24h的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)和不同时间点(T0、T1、T2、T3)血清β-内啡肽、前列腺素E2水平。结果术后2、12、24h的VAS评分方面,B组明显低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血清β-内啡肽与前列腺素E2水平在T0时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与A组比较,B组血清β-内啡肽水平在T1、T2、T3时间点升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与A组比较,B组前列腺素E2水平在T1、T2、T3时间点降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯应用在肺癌根治术中,能够有效减轻患者的术后疼痛,这可能与其提高血清β-内啡肽水平和降低前列腺素E2水平有着很大的关系。

Objective To analyze the effect of flurbiprofen axetil on the levels of serumβ-endorphin and prostaglandins E 2 after radical resection in the patients with lung cancer thoracotomy.Methods Seventy patients with lung cancer treated by lung cancer thoracotomy in this hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the group A and B with 35 cases in each group.The group A was intravenously injected by fat emulsion,with sufentanil and tropisetron for analgesia,while on the base of the group A,the group B was intravenously infused by flurbiprofen axetil.The VAS pain scores at postoperative 2,12,24 h and serumβ-endorphin and prostaglandin E 2 levels at different time points(T0,T1,T2,T3)were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores at postoperative 2,12 24 h in the group B were significantly lower than those in the group A(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serumβ-endorphin and prostaglandin E 2 levels at T0 between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the group A,serumβ-endorphin levels at T1,T2 and T3 time points in the group B were increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the group A,the prostaglandin E 2 levels at T1,T2 and T3 time points in the group B were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil can effectively alleviate postoperative pain in the patients with lung cancer thoracotomy,which may be closely related to increase serumβ-endorphin level and decrease serum prostaglandin E 2 level.
