德阳地区人群血浆同型半胱氨酸水平分析及参考区间建立

Analysis of plasma homocysteine level among Deyang area population and reference interval establishment

目的分析德阳地区人群同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,建立Hcy实验室参考区间,并探讨常规血脂指标与Hcy的相关性。方法选取2017年4月至2018年3月该院4007例健康体检人群资料,统计分析Hcy及血脂数据。结果该地区人群Hcy数据呈正偏态分布,女性Hcy水平均明显低于男性(P<0.05);人群年龄与Hcy呈明显正相关(r=0.222,P<0.01);各年龄段女性Hcy参考区间上限均低于男性。女性除20~<30岁年龄段外,其余各年龄段高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)检出率均低于男性(P<0.05)。HHcy检出率随人群年龄增长呈升高趋势。该地区人群三酰甘油水平与Hcy呈明显正相关(r=0.120,P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与Hcy呈明显负相关(r=-0.124,P<0.05)。结论该研究建立了适合德阳地区人群的Hcy参考区间,并证实三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平与Hcy存在明显相关性。

Objective To analyze the level of homocysteine(Hcy)among Deyang area population,to establish the laboratory reference interval of Hcy,and to explore the correlation between blood lipid indexes and Hcy.Methods The data in 4 007 healthy people undergoing healthy physical examination in this Hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were collected to analyze the Hcy and blood lipid data.Results The Hcy data of the population in Deyang area showed the positive skew distribution,the Hcy level of female was significantly lower than that of male(P<0.05),and the age of population was positively correlated with the Hcy level(r=0.222,P<0.01).The upper limit of Hcy reference interval for each age group in female was lower than that in male.Except for the age group of 20-<30 years old in female,the detection rate of HHcy in other age groups of female was lower than that of male(P<0.05).The detection rate of HHcy showed the increasing trend with the population age increase.The TG level in population blood lipid index had a significantly positive correlation with Hcy(r=0.120,P<0.05),while the HDL-C level had a significantly negative correlation with Hcy(r=-0.124,P<0.05).Conclusion This study establishes the reference interval of Hcy suitable for the population in Deyang area,and confirms that blood lipid indexes TG and HDL-C levels are significantly correlated with Hcy.
