摘要
从理论上分析大型升降舞台上液压油缸缓冲装置减速的作用机理和功能特性,提出缓冲装置相关的设计思路,得出缓冲效果与活塞结构及运动参数之间的关系,并通过仿真分析三种缓冲装置的缓冲效果。
The mechanism and functional characteristics of the deceleration of the hydraulic cylinder cushion device on the large lifting stage are analyzed theoretically,and the relevant design ideas of the cushion device are put forward.The relationship between the cushion effect and piston structure and motion parameters is obtained,and the cushion effect of the three kinds of cushion devices is analyzed through simulation.
